YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ITEM ARRIVES TO CONTACT US FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THE RETURN BEFORE SENDING IT, PLEASE EMAIL CONTACT@OBJECT-LONDON.COM FOR AUTHORISATION.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR AUTHORISATION NUMBER, YOU HAVE A FURTHER 14 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) TO US FOR A REFUND. AFTER THIS TIME, WE WILL ONLY ABLE TO OFFER AN EXCHANGE FOR ANY ITEM(S).

 

PLEASE BE SURE TO CLEARLY MARK YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT AS RETURNED GOODS ON ANY CUSTOMS OR POSTAL FORMS. WE WILL REFUND ANY SUMS THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO US WITH THE EXCEPTION OF POSTAGE AND PACKING. ONLY PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED, OTHERS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMERS AT THEIR OWN COST.

 

PLEASE ENSURE ALL FOOTWEAR IS RETURNED WITH THE SHOE BOX IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. WE DO NOT HOLD SPARE SHOE BOXES, ANY FOOTWEAR PACKAGING RETURNED DAMAGED OR IN A POOR CONDITION COULD LEAD TO A NO REFUND.
