OBJECT : BEHIND THE CRAFT

DISSUADE // A new take on a classic leather style with it's Unconventional pattern construction, allowing for an abundance of styling options. Cut from a premium goat leather the jacket has an asymmetric two way YKK black oxide zipper closure for an unbalanced silhouette.

The jacket has been hand washed to make the leather extra pliable and then it endures a snuffed dry finish to achieve the matte aesthetic. A layer of oil is applied to protect the natural colouration and texture of the leather. A layer of wax is hand painted over the seams to increase longevity.

Black steel staples sit at the end of the rubber wrapped zip pullers with waxed cotton pulls for a strong industrial construction. A soft black cotton lining provides a soft interior with a single zipper closure pocket.

VELLUM - BLACK // GREY : A leather jacket formed with two contrasting finishes and subtle avant-garde details. The leather has been hand washed to achieve a unique un-uniformed aesthetic.

The black Vellum has been cut from a soft cow leather with a crumpled finish. In contrast the grey Vellum has been cut from a buffalo leather that has been put through a hand buffed process giving the leather an uneven mottled texture.

Both of the Vellum styles share the same details that complete the aesthetic. Rubber wrapped zip pullers with dyed cotton pulls are used for the pockets and front closures. A unique stepped collar sits along side contrasting open scar stitched seams and a black cotton lining provides a layer of softness to the interior that features a single zipper closure pocket.
